Reproductive Rights: The Jane’s Screening and Discussion – Want to go see a movie this Friday but don’t want to pay the price of a movie theater? Gotta love dogs and comedy- Are you and your dog tired of being cooped up in a sardine can apartment? Laugh and laugh together in Boris and Horton’s comedy show. Hosted by Jolie Dudley, the line-up includes comics Lee Lan, Maddie Peck, Michael Eber, Stephanie O. and Shaleva Sharp. The show is comedy for a good cause, with a portion of the proceeds going to Narikitas Hamidas Animal Rescue Center in El Salvador. Bronx Night Market – Hungry and want to dip into the NYC foodie scene? Come to one of the last events at the Bronx Night Market at Fordham Plaza! Air-Dry Clay Sculpting – Come Get Your Craft On! NYC is partnering with the Parks Art Students League for free air dry clay workshops. Sessions are led by figure sculptor Santiago Apolo and teach the basics of clay, related art principles, and demonstrations. Supplies are provided but in limited supply based on attendance voting.
