Hollywood popstar Britney Spears took to social media to open up about her health problems.
The 40-year-old popstar revealed on Instagram that he suffered a nerve injury on the right side of his body. Sharing a video clip of her dance, Spears shared a lengthy exercise explaining her pain and the way dance helps ease cues. “I’m dancing on time now Victoria… yes… nerve damage in the right side of my body… there’s no cure except god I guess… nerve damage sometimes happens when You don’t get enough oxygen to your brain… your brain really shuts down.”

Talking about the pain she sometimes experiences, she wrote, “Nerve damage makes certain parts of your body numb. The nerves are small and it feels like a pin and needle goes from the right side of my body to my neck and the part that hurts the most is my temple on my head… from that point, I faint I’ve been in a situation of… I couldn’t face it. It was like it was too scary to be here… though my Instagram hasn’t been up to the most. ,
She went on to write, “Hey, hey, it gave me existence and brought me here… It’s fun, although I don’t feel pain when I dance… and although I don’t move like I used to. am… i really believe my faith in it gave me strength… by god’s grace i finally found a medicine where i actually feel the oxygen going to my brain and through my neck Through the medium, my eyes are now more open and I can hold my head properly.”
“I’ve done a good job trying to pull this off. Either way I’m getting so much better, I can breathe… I feel wiser because well, Jesus now I can breathe… Either way, I’m breathing right now and I can dance in time, Victoria… I send all my love to everyone one of you… It’s me this morning. I’m about to vacuum now I’m leaving,” Spears concluded her note.
The post comes weeks after Spears wrote on social media that she was “traumatized for life” after 13 years of stereotyping and was unlikely to be able to do live shows again. According to a report in the Independent, in an Instagram post that she later deleted, Spears shared a lengthy message detailing the work she needed to put together her previous show.
